Need a Letter of Recommendation?

I love writing letters of recommendation, so never feel bad for asking! Here’s what I need to be able to write you a letter:

  • If I’ve never written you a letter before, I need 2-weeks notice.

  • A FERPA form (if you are an Earlham student)

  • A recent CV or resume

  • A bulleted list of some things we worked on together/classes of mine that you took with years/semesters

  • If applying to multiple positions, I would prefer a google spreadsheet with information about each job that I am a reference for.

I am also happy to review job materials with enough advanced notice - CV, resume, cover letter, etc. Please feel free to ask.
